These terms govern your use of studiofondre.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from Studio Fondre. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Studio Fondre is a solid-perfume brand based in Melbourne, Australia. Contact: studiofondre@gmail.com.
orders and acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.
pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at order placement through the payment providers offered at checkout.
shipping and delivery
Each Studio Fondre tin is hand-pressed to order. Production takes up to 14 business days. We ship free express domestic across Australia (typically 1–3 business days from dispatch). Delivery times are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees.
returns and refunds
See the refund policy for full terms. Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved in all cases.
product information
We work hard to describe scents, materials, and packaging accurately. Photographs are representative — colour, weight, and finish may vary slightly between production runs. Fragrance is subjective: how a scent develops on skin is influenced by your body chemistry, climate, and other factors. Differences in personal experience aren't a fault.
allergies and skin sensitivity
Solid perfume is applied to skin. Ingredient lists are published on each product page. You are responsible for reviewing them and patch-testing if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional if needed.
intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, the Studio Fondre name and marks, product names (No. 01 — EMBER and others), packaging design — is the property of Studio Fondre or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
account and conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on the account. Don't use the site to break the law, harass others, or interfere with how the site runs.
limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Fondre's total liability arising from any order or use of the site is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Victoria, without prejudice to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
