the short version

  • 14-day skin-test return: wear it for two weeks. if it's not the one, email us — we'll refund you in full, no questions, opened or unopened. credit to your store account or your original payment method, your choice. no need to ship the tin back.
  • damaged or faulty on arrival: email us within 7 days with photos. replacement or full refund, on us.
  • wrong item sent: email us within 7 days. we'll fix it at our cost.

your statutory rights

none of the above limits your rights under the australian consumer law. if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair regardless of the windows above.

how to start a return

refund timing

approved refunds process within 5 business days of approval. your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.
