Refund policy

Studio Fondre solid perfumes are hand-pressed in Melbourne and shipped to order. Each tin is finished within 14 business days of your order being placed. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
your rights under australian consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Studio Fondre product is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly different from how it was described, or unfit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair — and we will cover return shipping.
change of mind — unopened products
You may return any unopened, unused tin within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). The tin must be in its original packaging with all seals intact. To start a return, email studiofondre@gmail.com with your order number.
Return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that don't reach us.
change of mind — opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used solid perfume cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund. If a scent isn't right for you, the discovery set ($32 with a $15 credit toward your first compact) exists for exactly this reason — try eight scents on skin before committing to a tin.
faulty or damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, email studiofondre@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at our cost or refund you in full.
incorrect items
If we send you the wrong scent or quantity, email us within 7 days. We'll arrange a return at our cost and ship the correct order.
refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.
discovery sets
The discovery set is non-refundable once any seal is broken. Unopened sets follow the change-of-mind policy above.
